Not a coach who read a book. He built the clinic — twice.

Gayan co-founded a clinic in Melbourne's west and, with his business partner of 16 years, grew it from an empty room into one of the area's largest multidisciplinary practices. He directed it for 13 years and mentored over 30 osteopaths.

In late 2025 he walked away to build a brand-new boutique clinic from scratch — proving the playbook still works from a standing start. He's also worked with the AFL Richmond Football Club's rehab and Pilates department.
